Service for First Two Hours, Includes One Hour Pre-Event Meeting

Rate for events occurring within a 15 mile radius of Levittown, PA, rate may be higher for events occurring outside of this area

Rate per hour, until 6:00pm

Rate per hour,  6:00pm until 10:00pm

Services Available For Event

• All decor / food/ equipment to be supplied by client
• Decor set up [i.e. balloons, crepe paper, flowers, candles, tablecloths. centerpieces, place cards, etc]
• Vendor Coordinator [i.e. greet and instruct other vendors such as DJ, photographer, entertainers, etc]
• Food set up [i.e. place food on buffet, set up chaffing racks, place food utensils]
• Greeter [i.e. greet guests, give instructions for seating, gift placement, etc.]
• Bussing [i.e. collect plates, flatware, etc.  from guests, take out garbage, load client's dishwasher]
• Event Clean Up 
• Services Not Provided- cooking, grilling, bartending, transportation. If these services are needed please discuss, I would be happy to suggest vendors for these services.

Wedding Day Services Available

• Client to provide all decor items. If client is catering event, all food must be supplied and prepared
• Vendor Coordinator [i.e. liason for florist, photographer, DJ, transportation, make up/ hair artists]
• Wedding Party Coordinator [i.e. check in on bridal party/ groomsmen, make sure everyone is getting ready and leaving on time for wedding]
• Decor set up [i.e.- linens [if not done by catering venue] flowers, centerpieces, candles, memorial table, sign in item, etc., make sure all decor is in proper place, set out place cards]
• Ceremony [make sure your greeters are in place for guest arrival, line up wedding party for entrance] 
• For events not held at catering venues:
• Bussing [i.e. collect plates, flatware, etc. from guests, take out garbage]
• Event Clean Up
• Services Not Provided- cooking, grilling, bartending, transportation. If these services are needed please discuss, I would be happy to suggest vendors for these services.
